At this time we are looking to expand within a manageable area to control quality. Your benefit is having partners that are within a 30-45 minute drive.

In addition, you can have access to additional trucks and labour for larger jobs.

When one area is sold out, you will have opportunities to work in other nearby territories and benefit from the success of other partners.

This 45-60 minute one on one interview allows us to learn more about you and to confirm there is a good match for what we are looking for.

Should this conversation go well, we will start the process of due diligence.

Step 3 – Budget Review

Once you have a solid understanding about your opportunity it’s time to start going over the numbers. In this step, you will complete a break-even analysis and 3-year cash flow projections.

You will also review the Ferguson Moving & Storage Franchise Disclosure Agreement.

Step 4 – Franchise Partner Question Period

You don’t need to take our word for it. We want you to speak with existing franchise partners to ask them any questions you like.  Questions such as are you profitable?, do you have good support? etc

This is also a chance for them to meet with you and ask any questions they may have to help them get more comfortable with you.

Step 5 – Franchise Agreement and Fees Due

Should you be offered a franchise, you will then need to reserve the territory you are interested in developing. We will draft your franchise agreements for your review.

At this time, payment for franchise fees will be due.

Processing complete – you are now a Ferguson Moving & Storage Franchise Business Partner!
