We are currently seeking Commercial Division Manager (North Vancouver)

The incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the workload for the Commercial Division personnel and plays a key role in the Management Team of the Company.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

1. Post-secondary education in business management and/or financial management is preferred
2. Experience working within the transportation industry preferably in a commercial moving and storage environment
3. Excellent supervisory skills including hiring, orienting, training, assigning & assessing employees’ work
4. Good verbal and written English skills
5. Demonstrated success in performing as a positive team member
6. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to continuously meet deadlines
7. Demonstrated skill in gathering, tracking and documenting statistics
8. Good analytical and problem solving skills
9. Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in skills related to the position
10. Well developed team skills combined with an upbeat, positive attitude towards work
11. Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task in a very busy environment
12. Demonstrated ability to keep confidentiality
13. Experience working with all normal MS Office software required
